Losing Weight—Step 2 Here is the second step in losing weight.
A couple decades ago, someone came up with the idea that six
little meals a day would be easier on the stomach as compared to
three regular meals. A couple decades later we now wonder why
America is so overweight.
When we “snack” all day, the stomach needs to finish digesting
the previous meal and what you just ate sits while it catches
the food up to the consistency of the digesting food, but in the
meantime the already digested food is beginning to become
unusable, which means it becomes fat.
So rule 2 is that you should not eat between meals and be
satisfied with three meals instead. Drink ice cold water to get
you to the next meal when hungry.
